A customer requested our locksmith in Newport to advise on additional security for their timber front door.
Nick from City Locksmiths Gwent Ltd attended the customer’s property in NP20 and advised a good quality mortice deadlock was the best option. They approved of the suggestion and asked Nick to fit one, which he proceeded to do with a Union Strongbolt Bs3621 mortice deadlock from his well-stocked van.
Nick had to professionally “Cut In” the new mortice deadlock, to the timber door, as can be seen in the images. This new lock is very secure and will give added protection to the timber door.
