A customer in Cwmbran (NP44) contacted City Locksmiths as they were experiencing a problem closing their composite front door.
I attended the property and found two problems with the front door:
- The composite front door was out of alignment, which is quite a common problem locksmiths get called out for. I fixed this by adjusting the door, so it closes correctly.
- However, the second problem was that the uPVC cylinder was faulty, so the door wouldn’t lock. My locksmith van is always well stocked, so this wasn’t a problem either. I supplied and fitted a new ts007 1 star 🌟 snapsafe cylinder, which is supplied with three new keys.
The composite front door lock repair was completed, and the customer was very happy with the prompt and efficient service received.
