Nick from City Locksmiths Gwent Ltd attended a customer in NP16 Chepstow today, who couldn’t unlock their uPVC front door to go to work.

As it was an emergency lock repair Nick arrived within 30 minutes, then got to work opening the front door. It took five minutes and without any damage to the door as he has 15 years’ experience.

Nick has local knowledge of what’s needed in his area and stocks the correct replacement parts on his fully-equipped van.

The customer requested replacement uPVC Sprung Handles & a new ts007 1* snapsafe cylinder with 3 keys.
