Nick at City Locksmiths Gwent was professional – polite – punctual and extremely efficient, I enquired about a failed lock, he asked for photos to identify the issue, he promptly phoned back to explain what needed doing, provided a more than fair quote based on the work needed and was able to come out the next day first thing. Within the hour he was done. Problem solved and a happy customer. Won’t be going anywhere else for any future problems or work in this field. Thank you Nick.
