Front door caused us various problems for months culminating in not locking. I contacted Nick on Sunday afternoon and he came to sort my locks on Monday morning (he did offer a Sunday callout in this instance that I didn't need). He resolved the existing lock that I called him for and sorted out a second one while attending as it had been causing many problems too. All within half an hour and he was happy to answer questions and show me the issues with the replaced barrels. He was friendly and very professional. I would not hesitate to use his services again.

We called on Monday and he attended the property Tuesday to help us change the locks and open an attic hatch that we could not open in our home. I expected there to be a delay after initial inspection but he sorted everything immediately and was done within an hour. No complaints.
